Welcome to Arts Film Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and services. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

1. User Accounts

1.1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create a user account.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
1.3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update any changes promptly.

2. Course Enrollment and Content Usage

2.1. Eligibility for Courses:

Hobby classes are available for kids aged 7 and above.
Professional and job-oriented courses are available for students after completing the 10th class.
Specialization or advanced courses (Level 2 and above) require completion of relevant prerequisites.

2.2. Course Start Date: The course start date will be determined based on the student’s and faculty’s availability. Enrollment confirmation will be provided by the course coordinator after finalizing the batch timings.

2.3. Course Changes and Duration Extensions:

If a student is not interested in a particular subject, they can request to mix subjects from other packages or extend their studies in subjects they are more interested in. This can be discussed with the faculty.
Students can also extend their course duration by paying an additional monthly fee to continue learning or create a showreel of their work.

2.4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

The course fees are non-refundable. However, if a student wishes to drop the course for any reason, they can request to postpone the course start date. No refunds will be issued for dropped courses.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. Payment Methods: Students are required to pay the course fees as specified on the Website. Payment methods and terms will be outlined during the enrollment process.

3.2. Course Duration and Extension Fees:

₹3500 for 2 classes per week
₹5000 for 3 classes per week, including 3 theory sessions and the option for 2 additional practical sessions if needed.

3.3. Why Pay Extended Fees?

If students wish to extend their learning for reasons such as creating a showreel or further deepening their knowledge in specific subjects, additional fees will be required on a monthly basis.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Content Ownership: All content on the Website, including course materials, images, and videos, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Arts Film Academy or its content providers.

4.2. Student Work: Students retain rights over the work they create during the course and may use it in their showreels. However, the Academy retains the right to use this work for promotional purposes.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User Conduct

6.1. Respectful Use: You agree to use the Website and its services in a respectful and responsible manner.

Certification Section:

VRZ College of Professional Education collaborates with diverse organizations to offer government-approved and officially recognized programs, including open school, distance education, and correspondence courses for 10th/SSLC, 12th/PUC, and degree-level education.

PUC Government-recognized certification enables students to transition seamlessly into regular colleges or universities and pursue careers in the public, private, or government sectors.
